Preparation
  1. Chill your coupe glass before preparing the cocktail
  2. Lightly muddle 6 mint leaves in bottom of shaker with lemon juice and simple syrup
  3. Add gin to the shaker
  4. Fill a shaker 2/3 full with cracked ice
  5. Shake your cocktail for 10-15 seconds
  6. Double strain the shaker contents into the chilled coupe glass
  7. Lastly, garnish your cocktail with a mint leaf
