Preparation
  1. Chill a narrow highball glass before preparing the cocktail
  2. Add the ingredients (excluding soda water) to the shaker
  3. Shake your cocktail without ice for 20-25 seconds
  4. Fill a shaker 2/3 full with cracked ice
  5. Shake your cocktail for 45-60 seconds
  6. Strain the shaker contents into the highball glass
  7. Slowly top off the glass with soda water to create a foam layer
  8. Allow the cocktail to settle (about 30 seconds) and top with more soda water
  9. Lastly, garnish your cocktail with an orange peel
