Preparation
  1. Fill your highball glass with ice
  2. Fill your cocktail shaker 2/3 full with cracked ice
  3. Pour the silver tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice and simple syrup into the cocktail shaker
  4. Shake your cocktail for 10-15 seconds
  5. Strain the shaker contents into the highball glass
  6. Top off the glass with soda water
  7. Gently stir with a straw
  8. Lastly, garnish your cocktail with a grapefruit wedge
