Preparation
  1. Fill your hurricane glass with ice
  2. Fill your cocktail shaker 2/3 full with cracked ice
  3. Pour the rum, pineapple juice, orange juice and cream of coconut into the cocktail shaker
  4. Shake your cocktail for 25-30 seconds
  5. Strain the shaker contents into the hurricane glass
  6. Lastly, garnish your cocktail with grated nutmeg
