Preparation
  1. Fill your copper mug with ice
  2. Add the lime juice, simple syrup and mint leaves to an empty cocktail shaker
  3. Lightly muddle the ingredients in the cocktail shaker
  4. Add the gin to the cocktail shaker
  5. Fill the cocktail shaker 2/3 full with cracked ice
  6. Shake your cocktail for 10-15 seconds
  7. Double strain the shaker contents into the copper mug
  8. Top off the mug with ginger beer
  9. Lastly, garnish your cocktail with a lime wheel and sprig of mint
