Preparation
  1. Chill your champagne flute before preparing the cocktail
  2. Fill a shaker 2/3 full with cracked ice
  3. Add the Cognac, orange juice and simple syrup to the shaker
  4. Shake your cocktail for 10-15 seconds
  5. Strain the shaker contents into the champagne flute
  6. Top off the flute with champagne
  7. Lastly, garnish your cocktail with an orange twist
