Preparation
  1. Chill your martini glass before preparing the cocktail
  2. Fill a shaker 2/3 full with cracked ice
  3. Add the vodka, orange juice, pineapple juice and simple syrup to the shaker
  4. Shake your cocktail for 10-15 seconds
  5. Strain the shaker contents into the chilled martini glass
  6. Slowly pour the grenadine down the side of the martini glass to settle on the bottom
  7. Slowly pour heavy cream on the back of a barspoon to float on top
