Preparation
  1. Chill your coupe glass before preparing the cocktail
  2. Fill a shaker 2/3 full with cracked ice
  3. Add the irish whiskey, scotch, almond syrup and lemon juice to the shaker
  4. Shake your cocktail for 10-15 seconds
  5. Strain the shaker contents into the chilled coupe glass
  6. Lastly, garnish your cocktail with a lemon peel
