Preparation
  1. Firstly, prepare your glass by adding a sugared rim
  2. Chill your martini glass before preparing the cocktail
  3. Fill a shaker 2/3 full with cracked ice
  4. Add the spiced rum, curacao, lemon juice and simple syrup to the shaker
  5. Shake your cocktail for 10-15 seconds
  6. Strain the shaker contents into the chilled martini glass
  7. Lastly, garnish your cocktail with an orange twist
